Credit Card Orders
Payment options for New Zealand residents include Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Direct Deposit / Internet Banking transfer (goods are not sent until funds are cleared) into our Westpac account. Please contact us for Account Information.

If you are an overseas resident and would like to purchase from us, we accept payment via Credit Card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS) or Direct Deposit / Internet Banking transfer into our WESTPAC account from a New Zealand bank account.

HOW TO ORDER ON-LINE
1) To select an item, either click BUY when viewing the category list, or ADD TO BASKET when viewing the product listing - you will then be shown that the product has been added to your cart.
2) To return to where you were shopping, click on Continue Shopping. You can return to your shopping cart by clicking View My Basket (found beneath the Category list).
3) If you are done shopping and wish to process your order, click on CHECKOUT and fill out the form, check your selected choice of payment.
Credit Card Orders
4) If paying via Credit Card, you will be sent a confirmation email regarding correct postage costs & to ensure the products you have ordered is available for purchase before your order is fully processed.
Bank Deposit Order
5) If you are paying via Bank Deposit (Cash) and the garment you have selected is available for purchase, we will put a SOLD sign on the listing for it, and send you an order confirmation email. Please include your Name when depositing your payment as a reference.
6) WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT VIA BANK DEPOSIT WITHIN 5 DAYS OF US SENDING YOU YOUR ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER.
7) When payment is received and cleared, we will pack and send your item/s along with your receipt.

If you wish to request order changes or cancellations please e-mail us immediately and include your name, address, phone number and order confirmation number.
Shipping Info
OUR GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Full price merchandise may be returned for an IN-STORE or ON-LINE STORE CREDIT ONLY - No cash refunds (less shipping) WITHIN 14 DAYS of the Lily Moon delivery date (the day it leaves our warehouse - this date will be on the invoice/packing slip) with ALL LABEL AND SALE TAGS ATTACHED.
Lily Moon will replace or exchange any garment that is faulty or the wrong size, as long as the garments are in the original condition of purchase with tags still attached. Therefore, we strongly urge you to ask questions and make queries into garments if you are unsure at all before purchasing. We fully welcome all queries into any matters concerning any product we sell, whether it be brand, sizing, style, colour, fabric - whatever you may wish to discuss.
a) Please check your order against the packing slip before opening the garments purchased. If there is any discrepancy, please email us immediately. We recommend that you try your new clothing on your child as soon as possible to determine if any returns or exchanges will be necessary.
b) If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first with your order number, letting us know your intention to return and your reason/s. You must pay for the freight and we must receive the goods back in the condition they were sent in with ALL LABEL AND SALE TAGS ATTACHED and with a copy of the invoice. Full price merchandise may be returned for an IN-STORE or ON-LINE STORE CREDIT less shipping WITHIN 14 DAYS (NZ) or WITHIN 28 DAYS (OVERSEAS) of the Lily Moon delivery date (the day it leaves our warehouse - this date will be on the invoice/packing slip).
c) If any item is damaged or faulty, please email us immediately. At our discretion, we will arrange to replace or refund any faulty garments and pay for return freight ONLY on receipt and evaluation of the goods. You must include written documentation as to what is wrong with the goods. Please be aware of the fact that we check every item for faults before it leaves our warehouse, and all garments are packaged so as to avoid damage whilst en route. *All claims regarding damages must be made within 4 days of receiving the item. Lily Moon will not be responsible for claims made after this period. Any damaged merchandise to be returned must have all tags still attached.*

e) Returns received after 14 days will be charged a 10% of the total cost restocking fee.
Sizing Guide
Garment sizes differ according to their country of origin and the designer. All our garments are placed into the BY AGE GROUP categories (see menu, left hand side of ORDER page) according to their individual size tags - but this may not necessarily correspond to your child's personal fit; these are the sizes that the designers/makers have deemed them to be. We have found that U.S. and Euro (especially French) sizing may tend to differ from regular New Zealand sizing. We have tried to combat this by including a LENGTH MEASUREMENT in each garment's description. However, if you have any questions about any particular garment, PLEASE do not hesitate to email us - we would love to help you find the right size and fit, as well as answer any questions you may have.
